Legal & Policies
Review our official regulatory frameworks, cancellation guidelines, health protocols, and financial parameters governing operations at our center.
Terms of Service
- Our specialized behavioral adjustment and respite service offerings require mandatory intake authentication and assessment validation prior to scheduling enrollment blocks.
- All behavioral program models, customized strategy adjustments, and skill-building frameworks remain protected intellectual property and cannot be duplicated without explicit consent.
- Guardians, participants, and visiting family representatives are expected to maintain respect and dignity within our facility bounds to foster a supportive environment.
- We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently adjust care service plans if an active participant's behavior changes in a way that presents direct physical risks to themselves or our staff.
Cancellation Policy
- Scheduled 1-on-1 respite shifts or behavioral adjustment sessions must be formally cancelled or shifted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the designated start time.
- Late cancellations occurring inside the 24-hour notification window will automatically incur a standard administrative late fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled session block value.
- Failure to arrive for a scheduled session without any prior notice will be logged as a "No-Show" and will result in a 100% full charge for that care window.
- Emergency conditional exemptions (such as sudden hospitalization or severe communicable illness) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our scheduling manager for credit consideration.
Privacy & Confidentiality
- All participant medical logs, behavioral charts, and diagnostic intake evaluations are strictly protected under Ontario PHIPA guidelines and stored in encrypted silos.
- Personal clinical identifiers and progress tracking metrics are shared only with explicitly authorized staff members directly assigned to support your care plan.
- Any requested distribution of progress information to third-party clinical networks, primary schools, or external support services requires written consent from the legal guardian.
- Anonymized and de-identified aggregate behavior trend metrics may occasionally be analyzed for overall internal program development and quality assurance tracking.
Health & Safety
- Participants displaying symptoms of contagious health conditions (e.g., active fevers, unexplained skin irritations, or gastrointestinal issues) must remain symptom-free for 24 hours before returning.
- All staff members maintain certified up-to-date validation in First Aid, CPR Level C, and crisis prevention frameworks to ensure immediate, effective support during emergencies.
- Prescription medications will only be administered during care windows if provided in their original pharmacy containers accompanied by an active, signed Medication Authorization directive.
- Our facility undergoes routine cleaning, sanitization protocols, and comprehensive hazard reviews to ensure safety and comfort for all individuals in our care.
Payment & Funding Policy
- Invoices are compiled systematically on a bi-weekly schedule and distributed directly to the registered guardian account email address on file.
- We accommodate various funding structures, including direct regional support paths, private coverage plans, and structured Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding lines.
- Outstanding payment balances remaining unpaid past 30 calendar days will incur a monthly penalty charge until the account balance is fully resolved.
- Guardians utilizing external funding bodies remain ultimately responsible for timely account balance reconciliation if their provider denies coverage for a session.
